The brief

A name a family can trust at the door, and a site that makes choosing care simple.

MediCare at Home sends nurses, caretakers and physiotherapists to patients' homes. We drew a stethoscope that curls into a location pin, set the brand in bright blue on navy, and designed and built the website: home, about, physiotherapy and a plan picker for caretaker, nurse and attendant care, on desktop and phone. Cards, a staff uniform, a care-plans leaflet, staff ID and launch posts came with it.

The mark

A stethoscope that curls into a map pin

Care that comes to your address, drawn as one line. It works as a vertical and a horizontal lockup, as the icon alone, and as the name set on its own.

  1. A map pinCare that comes to your address.

  2. A pulseAt the pin's centre, so it reads as medical care, not only company.

  3. A stethoscopeIts tubing loops round the pin and ties the mark together.

The website

Built for someone booking care for a parent

Home leads with the three care plans. About sets out how the team works. Physiotherapy lists what each treatment helps with. Large type, plain words and one clear action on every page.

The home page on desktop, from the hero through why us, the three care plans, the call-back form and the FAQs

The plan picker

The heart of the home page: three plans side by side, each in three tiers, with the nurse plan lifted out in white. Rebuilt here with the site’s own lists. Pick a plan.

Basic

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator care
  • Gastrostomy care
  • Administration of medication and injections
  • Monitoring of vital signs
  • and more…

Advance

  • Everything in Basic
  • Intravenous therapy
  • Monitoring the general health of the patient
  • Pain control
  • Other health support
  • and more

Customised

  • In this plan, you can pick any or all of the services mentioned in the advance plan.
The about page on desktop: Trust. Responsibility. Reliability., the company's values, its management and its technology
About: trust, responsibility, reliability.
The physiotherapy page on desktop: orthophysiotherapy, and cardio and respiratory physiotherapy, with what each helps with
Physiotherapy: what each treatment helps with.
The top of the home page: a carer talking with an older woman, under the line Care for your loved ones

On a phone

Most families book from a phone

So every page was designed for one first: the plans become a row you swipe, the call-back form sits one tap from anywhere, and the number is always on screen.

  • The home page on a phone, the care plans in a swipeable row

Care plans in print

The plans, on paper and on the feed

A tri-fold leaflet sets out all three plans, word for word from the site, for a family to keep by the phone. The staff card puts the number on every visit.

Inside, A4 folded to three panels: one plan to a panel, the nurse plan in white, the pulse running across all three.

The outside of the care-plans leaflet: why us, a request-a-call-back panel with contact details, and the cover, Care plans for home
Outside: the cover on the right, contact details on the back, why us on the flap. Dashed lines mark the folds.
The staff ID card on a blue lanyard, beside its back: a photo box, name, role and staff number lines, and the phone number on a blue band
The inside of the leaflet: the Care Taker, Nurse and Attendant plans, each with Basic, Advance and Customised lists

One post for each plan

Following the launch post: the plan’s name large, three things it covers, the mark faint behind.

  • Care plan post 1 of 3: Care Taker, with self-care and feeding assistance, grooming, and accompanying to appointments
  • Care plan post 2 of 3: Nurse, with tracheostomy and ventilator care, medication and injections, and monitoring vital signs
  • Care plan post 3 of 3: Attendant, with grooming and hygiene, medication reminders, and help with feeding and walking
